It's pretty obvious that Dracula is more elaborated. We could cut out a lot of text and still follow the basic action. On the other hand, Twilight is very unelaborated. The sentences are plain and mostly just state the facts.
What's the effect that is created? For Twilight, the text is simple and easy to read. In contrast, Dracula is more ornate and harder to read, but also more vibrant and intense.
