Frequently asked questions
Cancelling is easy. For monthly subscription holders, a Manage Subscription button is available above. Click it, then click Cancel Subscription.
Your Pro access will remain active until the end of your billing period, but your subscription won't renew. You can resubscribe at any time.
On a monthly subscription, our secure payments provider, Stripe, automatically generates invoices, which you can find by clicking Manage Subscription.
For 12-month plans, Stripe will provide a receipt after payment. If you need an invoice in advance, see our school & district purchasing information.
If you're on a monthly subscription and want to switch to a 12-month plan, you'll need to cancel your subscription first. After that, you'll be able to purchase a 12-month plan, which will be added to any remaining days on your cancelled subscription.
If you have an active 12-month plan and want to switch to monthly, you can start a monthly subscription at any time without "wasting" days. Your 12-month plan will simply pause in the background and will restart if/when you cancel your monthly subscription.
We're in Australia, so if you are in the US, your bank might want to confirm this transaction. Usually, they will send you a confirmation code via SMS or email that you need to enter to continue the transaction, or you might need to contact them directly.
We do have a US bank account where you can pay via an invoice. Feel free to contact support@frankenstories.org for assistance.
Not exactly, but we get why you're asking. If you're a homeschool teacher, you can use the coupon code HOMESCHOOL50 at checkout for 50% off on 365-day subscriptions.
The terms of this discount are that homeschool subscribers have a maximum of 5 students.
We don't enforce that student limit automatically in the system (so you actually have some wiggle room), but we will keep an eye on it and reserve the right to revoke accounts with no refund if we feel a subscriber is violating the terms of the discount.
