What word groups does this snippet use?

They were all contributing generously.

This sentence is what you could call Subject-Verb, meaning Someone-Does something. It's one of the simplest sentence structures in English.

This particular snippet has an extra flourish, which is an adverb group to add some colour to the verb group.
