Two types of reasoning

When you’ve written responses in this lesson, we’ve sometimes asked you to "make up” facts. That’s because, right now, we’re more interested in how we reason than being truthful.

But that does raise an interesting question: how would you know if something is true?

This is really a criteria & match question: what features convince you that something is true?

Here’s a picture of what some people claim are mummified aliens found at an archaeological site in Mexico:

For our checkpoint piece, describe 2-4 criteria that would convince you these are truly mummified aliens and not an elaborate hoax.
