This lesson explores argument (or logos) as a lever of persuasion. Using examples from advertising, politics, and history, we look at how speakers can build certainty in an audience by making strong claims, providing mountains of compelling evidence, and walking the audience through their reasoning. This is a chunky lesson, probably most suitable for Grades 7+.
