Customer reviews on websites are often blunt and straight to the point.
Did they have a good time? What was the food like? The portions? The service? The price? Parking? A customer review can talk about all of these things, or focus on one or two that they want to talk about. Almost always, a customer review will tell a little story about their visit as well (‘visited for the 4th time’, ‘we went for lunch’, ‘it’s our local for family dining’).
Finally, customers tend to write reviews if they’re really happy or really upset with their experience, so you’ll often see extremes of emotion. The snippet and the example show both extremes.
